Do I need to be home for my estimate?

No you do not.  Prior to your free estimate, we will discuss what you are looking for and any concerns that you may have. 

How much does your service cost?

Our estimates are always free.  Our service fees are based on square footage, number of stories, amount of time estimated to do the work, and materials needed to perform the work. 

What do you use to clean?

We use a cleaning method called soft washing for house siding, roofs and other surfaces.  It uses low pressure to safely remove mildew, algae, lichen, bacteria and organic stains.  We use pressure washing for more porous surfaces such as  concrete walkways.  For windows, we use water fed pole technology in addition to traditional cleaning methods.

Do I need to be home or at my business when the work is scheduled?

No, you do not need to be present when the work is scheduled. We do request, if possible, that you are there at the completion of the the project to do a walk around together to make sure there are no questions or concerns you may have before we leave.

What do I need to do before you arrive?

We will thoroughly review with you what needs to be done prior to our arrival and the start of the project.  Generally, we need access to your property, so vehicles should be moved away from the house or building.  Patio furniture, potted plants etc should be moved.  Windows and doors should be shut tight.  

How often do I need to have exterior cleaning?

Windows should be cleaned annually at a minimum; twice per year is recommended.  Soft washing your roof or siding should stay clear of algae for at least two years.
