 Soft-washing is a cleaning process that uses low pressure to deliver a customized cleaning solution.  We use a proven softwash solution comprised of a surfactant, sodium hypochlorite and water.  It differs from pressure washing in that the cleaning solution is applied at low pressure which will not harm or damage painted surfaces, shingles, wood, or vinyl siding.

Different types of surfaces and different  contaminants require different levels of soft washing.  Our cleaning solution is customized and mixed on the job site before application.   

A ProPortioner lets us dial in an exact percentage of mixture ratio to prevent damage to house surfaces for optimal results. The solution is environmentally friendly and biodegradable.  We take proper care and time in order to wet and cover any shrubs, plants and other greenery before and after the application  to prevent browning.  We also look for damages or seals that may be worn that could cause any water to leak and take precautions to tape off or seal the area to prevent water from entering unwanted areas.
